This is a fantastic store and space. There are comfortable couches and lots of tables and chairs for gameplay and even private rooms. Their selection is excellent, including their locally designed T-shirts. They even have a selection of free cards for new players. I highly recommend Alchemist’s Refuge.
Amazing shop! They have great singles for sale, Japanese Pokemon packs, and great other products! Staff is always so so SO kind, and the owner is AMAZING!!! He is so personable and generous, and such a kind person. I always love visiting the shop or their booth at the local trading card show! I have always found gems here, always had a good time, and their staff and owner make the shopping experience feel welcoming and personable. The patrons I see there are very kind as well, making it an overall welcoming and fun place to visit! They definitely are a fantastic shop to go to, they host fun events all the time, and always have something for everyone there. I got a wonderful Labubu there and it was so fun! I opened it with the owner and it was awesome! I got the one I wanted most, and they really brightened my day after a rough few weeks. Definitely stop by and see what they have to offer! I do not know much about pokemon TCG. I just enjoy the art and opening packs here and there. The people here are always willing to help whenever I go in with a weird request to get cards. Can’t complain one bit. EDIT: Great place for singles, there sealed product on the other hand is way too high now. I understand not wanting people reselling product but the prices have gotten absurd. Especially when nearby stores have it at a lot less.
