Bought 23 dollars worth of product online not realizing that it was pick up only. Would not refund and no human communication just automated "we have your items waiting instore" replies. Had to cancel through Paypal. Worse customer service I've have ever seen and will not be going to deal with any of there stores in the future.

Went in to look at booster packs and the staff behind the counter couldn't be bothered to even say hello, let alone offer assistance. Seems like whatever he was doing on his laptop was more important than helping a customer. Looks like I will have to stick with ABU Games
