Gabe was awesome, he helped out a bunch and they gave us awesome pricing on our cards, wanna give a huge shout-out to JC house of cards in Huntsville for posting on their Facebook that they were accepting trade-ins and then they actually weren't. Card addicts came in clutch for sure!
I feel very comfortable browsing and shopping here. Store is always clean and never smells like body odor. Very polite staff. They have a great selection of pokemon products and a bin of loose singles to look through.
Nothing but good experiences here. I had an incident where I noticed several cards missing from my collection after a day spent playing and shopping in the store, and when I brought it to the employee's attention he immediately contacted the owner and they reviewed the footage. Nothing had occurred in their store, to be clear, but the helpfulness and urgency with which it was addressed was greatly appreciated. Their selection is vast, prices seem to pretty closely match anything you'll find online, and the cards are always in the quality you're promised. They also offer a $10 box of 500 magic cards that I purchased just to see if it was worth it, and not only did the cards I got in mine (contents vary, 15 rares included, no basic lands) come out to be worth more than $10, the cards themselves were surprisingly powerful and seemed to be loosely cultivated for synergy, with a variety of prints including showcases and borderless arts. Surprisingly good deal, highly recommend. Only reason I don't leave 5 stars is I spent hundreds at the store before I was informed there was a rewards program, which would've benefited me greatly had I known sooner.
