Shannon is absolutely amazing! She went out of her way to help my autistic son get some Pokémon cards, which are his newest obsession plus he has such a passion for it… especially his favorite, Pikachu! You can tell Shannon genuinely cares about her customers and she has such a passion for helping kids get into the game while making sure they have a safe and welcoming place to learn and play. Beyond Pokémon, they have an awesome selection of collectibles like Funkos and comics, and they host a variety of trading card game tournaments that bring the community together.
