The store is always very helpful if special cards are needed! The staff is always very courteous. The discounts are amazing!
It's the Third day in a row, I stopped by this store and the Ladies that work here were so helpful. 1st day I had to run, but i asked the woman that helped me her name which was Anna. Then I came back Roberta helped me the 2nd visit, find something i needed for a Bridal shower. Cory helped me on my 3rd visit find and purchase stuff for a friend's Birthday. My Goodness, Luv this store, thank you Ladies so much for all your help, your kindness and taking the time to help me!!! Lookin forward to future visits!!!! 😊
Customer service needs serious work. The 2 cashiers that were working today were so nasty to customers. I witnessed one of them being extremely rude to the woman in front of me. She was next in line, the last person had just finished paying .1 second before and the cashier goes “MA’AM LETS GO”. Didn’t even give her a second to approach her before she had a nasty tone with her. The other cashier proceeds to call me over, I was cashing in a lotto ticket (i’m 27 years old). She looks at me and goes “you’re of age?” And i said “yes would you like to see i.d?” She then mocked me and chuckled the rest of the transaction, never i.d’d me and was just extremely rude. I was going to make a purchase with that $$ but this place did not deserve a penny of my business after that. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
