From the moment I contacted Ross, he was incredibly helpful. He walked me through the entire process of purchasing a car with Carjoy and even scheduled a test drive for me. At first, I was interested in the Acura ADX, but Ross explained why he wouldn’t recommend it and instead suggested the Acura RDX. He was absolutely right, I love the RDX so much more than the ADX! Ross went above and beyond, even assisting with calls to the insurance company and ensuring all the forms were completed correctly. He’s extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely has his clients’ best interests in mind. 10/10 recommend. If you’re looking for a car broker, Ross is your guy.
