Awesome customer service. Buffalo helped us out by explaining our countless questions about the rules & regulations of Pokémon, how to ID fakes, how to battle, and many more. He was a top asset to that store. He was kind and showed my son every card he pointed at and even discussed detail and art. He managed us and other customers seamlessly. He didn't rush us and we felt very welcome. Great guy and great experience.
all of the workers are just so nice and helpful! everyone and so joking and lighthearted that it makes it nice and fun to have a conversation with them! today the worker who i believe is named buffalo or something along those lines helped me out so much finding a gift for someone! props to him
So a big shout out to Buffalo for his help today. I called bc I had questions about a particular console that I'd never heard of. He took the time to stop and explain everything I needed to know and gave me some other ideas for a birthday gift if that didn't work. All the guys here are amazing. Always have been. Nothing is worse in my mind than a telephone shopper and I dreaded to call bc I didn't know how irritated they might be but boy i couldn't have been more wrong. He was absolutely awesome and ready to help. Love that and love the store. I highly recommend this particular store. Thanks again Buffalo!
