Came into the shop Wednesday. There was not a single other customer there the entire time I was there. The 2 employees never even looked up to acknowledge us. I went to the single case that the employee was standing at and mentioned that I was wanting to pick up a couple cards and the still never acknowledged me. Won't be back.
We came to collecto with a tall order. My 2 kids and I have been working on collecting the entire pokedex for a year and a half. We entered the store needing 15 Pokémon cards and the 3 men working were very confident the store had them. Not only did they spend the next 1.5 hours looking for them, they allowed us to sort through them and help. While on this mission, my kids and I have visited 20 plus card shops, in there different states. However, there is only 1 that we know of that has such a large collection and staff willing to go above and beyond to help their customers. My kids and I thank you! Today, we completed a year and a half project!!!!!!
