Always feel like a welcomed friend when I visit. Great selection of products covering tons of genres and Fandoms. Frequent sales and special features, events and exclusives. They even feature kid and family friendly material. Loyalty rewards program is awesome (and upgrading to the paid tier is totally worth it for me). Customer service is top notch- will order and reserve issues and has app to shop anytime. Even has social events and community engagements, like Coy's movie night, book clubs over zoom, and pop up tents at events and fairs.
I am from the greater Detroit area and stopped by on my way through an "Up North" trip. Figured I would give it a try after reading the reviews. Staff was super polite, store super clean. Now let's talk about prices. $79. For a labeled "damaged" all new venom variant ?!? The prices are absolutely absolutely out of control. I'll stick with going to the cons, and even eBay has waaaayyyyy better prices. If you are in the area, sure swing by. They may have what you are looking for - just keep in mind you will have to sell your firstborn and remortgage your house. The prices gave me flashbacks of the one and only time I stepped into Big Ben's Comix Oasis in Allen Park.
