I literally purchased a brand new 2026 ZX6R with few text messages. If you want a bike without any BS, go see Payton. YESTERDAY. Couple of years ago Matt from RighSideUpKreations in webster recommended them. I put it off for a while because anytime someone says " tell them i sent you" its usually BS 99.9% of the time. NOPE not in this case. They actually know each other and talk very highly of each other. I missed the 2019-2023 gen. Then i missed the 2024 all black version. Then the recall happened. Didnt feel like driving few hours to a different town/city just to pick up a pick up a bike and try to save few hundred dollars. So i decided to go with the brand new route. So few text message conversations later, i paid the deposit, got the bike insured, emailed them the insurance info. They did the paper work in the mean time. Went back in a couple of weeks and finalized the purchase. They didnt try to sell me bunch of bs i dont need or want. They didnt try to sell me a different bike. I got what i wanted. I had 2 zx6rs before this one. Not going to lie, when the girl that does the paper work called me in to the office, i was like "here we go, im probably going to be hear for hours" NOPE. She went over the 5 papers that i actually need, gave me my keys and sent me on my way.
Bought a Yamaha Grizzly 90 for my son and dealt with Payton highly recommend buying from there. Sent a message Wednesday and purchased that Friday very simple process and everyone there was professional and helpful will be going back for future purchases.
Dash had the bike I was looking for on the show room floor. A refreshingly pleasant experience from initial phone conversation to driving out with the bike. Staff and store have a high bar - inventory, knowledge, store presentation, attention to detail. Going the extra mile - readying bike with requested accessories. Definitely a place for repeat business.
