OK EVERYONE IS GOING TO HAVE TO LISTEN TO ME RANT FOR A MIN.....MIKE AND STEVE HAVE BEEN RUNNING THAT STORE FOR WELL OVER 25 YEARS (GIVE OR TAKE) IVE KNOW BOTH OF THEM AND THEIR LITTLE SISTER MY ENTIRE LIFE....I USED TO GO IN THERE AS A YOUNG KID(11/12ISH) AND PARTICIPATE IN THE LEAGUE NIGHT WHEN POKÉMON FIRST CAME OUT....THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL PEOPLE AND WILL GLADLY HELP WITH WHATEVER YOU NEED....NO QUESTIONS ASKED......IVE BEEN READING A LOT OF THESE TERRIBLE REVIEWS AND EVERYONE THAT LEFT ON HERE FOR THE ENTIRE WORLD TO SEE....IN MY OPINION....YOURE THE PROBLEM....THAT IS A SMALL STORE AND THEY DO THE BEST THEY CAN AND TO COME IN WHEN IT LOOKS A LITTLE CLUTTERED...YOU ALL PROBABLY NEVER STOPPED TO THINK...THEY MIGHT BE TRYING TO REORGANIZE SO ITS EASIER FOR YOU TO MOVE AROUND IN THERE....OR MAYBE THEY GOT THEIR WEEKLY DELIVERY AND HAVEN'T HAD TIME TO PUT IT UP YET CUZ THEY'RE ONLY A COUPLE OF GUYS STRECHING THEMSELVES REALLY THIN BY HELPING EVERYONE THAT WALKS THROUGH THAT DOOR....DIZZY DUGOUT IS AN ABSOLUTE ICONIC SPOT IN COLLINSVILLE AND I PERSONALLY AM SO HAPPY THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS AFTER ALL THESE YEARS...IF I EVER HEAR SOMEONE TALKING OR GET ASKED WHERE THERE IS A CARD SHOP IN TOWN...I ALWAYS TELL THEM TO GO HERE BECAUSE THEY ARE THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO....THEY ARE WILLING TO INFORM TEACH AND MAKE DEALS SO YOULL COME BACK AND SHOP THERE AGAIN.....MY OPION HAS ALWAYS BEEN THAT WAY AND ALWAYS WILL BE AND I WILL CONTINUE TO TELL EVERYONE I ENCOUNTER THE SAME THING.....MIKE...STEVE...AND OTHER EMPLOYEES WILL ALWAYS GET A SOLID 5 STAR REVIEWS FROM ME....I HOPE YOU GUYS STAY OPEN FOR DECADES TO COME....AND LASTLY I WOULD LOVE TO SAY THANK YOU FOR HOSTING AND LETTING ALL OF US NOW OTHER PEOPLE A PLACE TO HANG OUT AT... PLAY POKÉMON BATTLES AND HAVE SO MUCH FUN THAT I WILL NEVER FORGET.....I ACTUALLY STILL HAVE A LOT OF MY CARDS AND PROMO CARDS AS PRIZES FROM THEM (FROM 1999-2000) WHEN YOU FILLED UP THE OLD LITTLE BOOKLET WITH THEIR STAMPS....SO WITH ALL THAT BEING SAID A ABSOLUTELY HUGE THANK YOU TO BOTH OF YOU MIKE AND STEVE....YOU'RE AWESOME GUYS AND KEEP UP THE HARD WORK 🤘🤘👍🤘👍🤘👍🤘🤘👍👍 MIKE DENSON

These people are so unprofessional and the sales staff is rude! Trying to buy cards and apparently sending a message to inquire about something to purchase is "wasting their time" I'd recommend steering clear if your trying to buy cards
7/18/25 - Placed Paid Order Online for over $1K 7/25/25 - Called and spoke to Nick after no email indicating shipment. He didn't know what was going on and said Mike the owner would get back to me after he spoke to him. 7/25/25 - Got email from Mike with 2 small refunds to ensure transaction was verifiable and not fraudulent. Replied same day validating details. 7/30/25 - No response received via email so called again and spoke to Austin who had no idea on status of order and said Mike would call me back. 7/30/25 - Mike called back shortly thereafter and said email had ended up in spam folder. After a lengthy conversation he said everything was good and would ship out shortly since everything was verified. Later in the day I receive an email saying I had been refunded and the transaction canceled. I received a follow-up email from Mike apologizing saying "Austin Cannot find the items on your ticket. I a refunding you in full for the entire order. I will go to my storehouse this week and look for these items as well as any other cases that I have." As of 8/6 I have not received any other correspondence. Very disappointed with my experience at Dizzy and after reviewing online feedback it seems this kind of situation is a reoccurring event here. Poor customer service, honor and a lack of basic business ethics is saying it mildly.
