This is a scalping storefront, they sell merchandise above MSRP at prices dictated by the second hand market value on TCGPLAYER and other websites. The same pricing methodology scalpers use. And no, they will not go below MSRP though even if the market for an item is underperforming so you will never see the positive benefits of pricing by the secondary market. Today, the day of Riftbound TCG English release, they are selling the proving grounds box which carries a MSRP $29.99 for a whopping $80.00. If you ask why things are priced this way you will likely get some fake version of "We do this to keep items in stock for our customers." Gee, thanks, guess we should all thank our local scalpers for their community service. There is rarely a good reason to shop here versus just making a purchase online via secondary market. Who also, handily, manages to keep things in stock with their god awful pricing "for us".

This was my "goto" store to purchase cards until recently. Their prices were never retail (which never bothered me, happy to support a LCS) they were always about at the middle between retail and market prices. Recently their prices are the same as any other 3rd party vender. Understand the need to make money from a business standpoint but IMO its the same a scaper prices. Would be happy to spend money there again if they had some kind of provision/policy for cheaper prices if they or the customer opens the product in store(helps prevent scalpers) but they don't do anything like that(I've asked). Until something changes it's just another card shop bleeding collectors dry.
Probably now one of my favorite card shops i’ve ever been to. I came in for Pokemon trainer cards and they had a huge selection. Lacey with extremely helpful and super professional. The shop was super organized and had really reasonable prices. Will definitely be returning!
