Magic prices were like 30% higher here. Also had to wait and wait for anyone to even pay attention to me. The service here is lacking. Employees are not really aware of there surroundings. Its like they are “there” but not “in it”. Plus the service when i did make contact with employees it was sub par/mediocre. I see why they are hiring. They should look up videos on how to treat customers. Just wasnt very impressed.

I was just at this location for the Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Prismatic Evolutions release . . . my 14 year old son sent me to try to get an Elite Trainer Box. Ryan is a huge asset to your team . . . he explained the buying process, interfaced with a few difficult customers in a calm and professional manner, and worked through the line in no time. 5 stars, highly recommend, will be back.
Traded some yugioh cards and received store credit. Seamless transaction and no issues. Only does store credit but I can’t complain about it.
