Very small to some of the larger Exchanges that I have been to in the past, but they had pretty much everything I was looking for. I was Very surprised to find a Lego store within the Exchange with a Great selection, great customer service and only a minor mark-up. 👍🏼
It's no wonder why they are failing, there prices are higher than downtown stores and it is a big to do to have the price match. I would have been ok with going through the lengthy process if it hadn't been for the cashiers attitude about it. I will not buy from the BX any more and recommend people just go downtown to buy, because, easier, cheaper, and most of all friendlier.
