On Oct. 5, 2025- I placed an order for the book in the pic "Everything Dead & Dying." The order # was SFY#121073. When I received the book (Oct. 9), it was packaged between two pieces of cardboard that was the exact size of the book and the book did not have a comic book bag or protector (being a comic shop, you would think they would ship a book with better form of protection and even in a Gemini comic shipper). When I opened the package, the book was bent up on the corners where it shifted around in the packaging and no comic book bag protection. I immediately emailed the store and have not received a response. I guess the only way I am going to get a response is posting this review. I would like to have a refund or a new book sent to me. If this does not occur I will be disputing the charge with my bank for damage goods.

Incredible store, literally moved to the area to have a store like this around again. Very welcoming community, great staff who clearly take care of their facility. Great selection of products and willing to order anything they may not have in stock. Plenty of leagues, game nights and people willing to teach new games. Watched an employee run someone through an example game of a new card game just so the person would have an idea of how it played before making any purchases. Had another detail a new TTRPG to me I had never had the chance to play and let me know when they would be demoing it at the store. Definitely check them out.
I’ve had such great experiences at this store! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and they really know their stuff when it comes to games. The store itself is huge – with a spacious gaming area, a private room, the cleanest bathrooms you’ll find, and tons of demo games to try out. They also run an active Discord and community for many games (Blood Bowl and D&D are my personal favorites!). On top of that, they create their own podcasts and share an incredible amount of valuable content. There is something for everyone, whether you’re a casual customer, a dedicated player, or just curious to learn more. It’s honestly so much more than just a store. Hands down, the best game store in the city!
