These people definitely don’t check the quality of their games. I bought a game here and the disk was scratched and couldn’t even be read. I even went out of way to resurface the disc somewhere else and it still didn’t work. This place is a scam and I won’t be coming back. Time and money wasted. If you’re going to sell messed up discs at least offer a cash refund and not just store credit or exchange lol. The guy who works there also lied and said he emailed us a receipt and said his printer was broken “I never printed out a receipt for you my machine is broken it says here I emailed it to you” but we literally had the paper receipt so I don’t know why he lied and said he never gave us one when we never gave him an email. Cmon guys.
Came in today for my first time at the actual store. I usually go to the pop up shop at the mall. I shopped around and picked out a couple of neat things wile talking with the staff. They were super friendly and inviting. Had no issues answering a few questions I had, and even gave me some extra really cool stuff! I definitely wasn’t disappointed, and most definitely will be coming back. Also I know it’s not a massive deal, but they did have drinks which was nice, it’s hot here and it was very refreshing to get a cold drink wile I shopped around.
by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at this place. I came across this Pokemon game called leaf green for the gameboy advance from my brothers old retro games, I wasn’t a big Pokemon fan so I wasn’t sure if it was a fake game or a real one so I decided to go epgames to see how much they would offer for the game and to see if it was real or not. The guy at the store wasn’t sure if it was real or not so he called the owner (which took 20 mins) and they offered me 5 bucks for the game claiming it was a reproduction. I decided to go to location at the mall to get further looked at and the owner double down and said it was fake. I refused the offer and did my own research, via Reddit and actually found out it was real. edit: I decline the offer and I went to the first day you guys opened the new store and went to the other location at the mall on the same day
