I’ve been twice now while in the area visiting family, both for Gundam TCG events. The store and staff have been nice, but both events had a problem with players not dropping events and just leaving, which resulted in me waiting for 1.5h between the two events for games which did not happen. There was also open discussion of match fixing between players at today’s Newtype event (where they would concede on match start to give a win) which is a bit cringe for a local event I have never experienced this toxic behaviour before so consistently in any other store. If players are coming to win and not play the game and don’t care about pushing the “retire” button in an app on their phones when leaving, the store needs to encourage them. A really easy way to do this is to provide promos on exit. When I mentioned this in person I was told “you get a win still”, but it doesn’t feel like winning when I’m spending my time waiting for a nonexistent opponent. It just ruins the game for people who actually want to play for enjoyment/fun and not exclusively prizing.

Very nice store. Staff is nice. The only complaint I have is that when I go there to play the Gundam TCG, I would like it to start closer to the event start time. Sometimes there's a lot of idling about before we actually get started. Sometimes there's a lack of clear instructions such as when to start, but other than that it is good that they have all of the event kits ready to go.
Great selection of games of all sorts! They do tons of local tournaments and DnD games. The staff has always been kind and helpful with finding things out suggesting. There are private rooms to rent to run your own games. Food within walking distance and games in store to rent and play. Definitely recommend coming here for your gaming needs
