When I tried selling some mtg singles, I was given an extremely low offer (roughly 10% of tcg fair market). The employee who made the offer didn't bother looking up 90% of the cards, and tried to get me to accept the cash immediately. DO NOT accept offers without knowing the value of what you bring in, and make sure you deal with someone who is willing to look up prices. Only giving two stars instead of 1 because one employee had the patience to look up some of the cards and even seemed disappointed at his coworkers poor handling of the deal. I would be very wary of selling/trading here, but the comic and board game selection is fantastic.

Firstly, there are no price tags. You have to bother the staff to even know how much things cost, and they always seem to be in a bad mood. I've even had a clerk insult the cards I was buying! I have been a regular customer of this business for approximately 4 years, and I honestly can't tell if it's gotten worse or if my standards have just improved, but the staff are just horrendous.
awesome little store, great prices on mtg stuff for the area without heading up to roanoke. awesome selection of boardgames too!
