Nice hobby shop! I'm a train guy and while their selection was not huge, I did find a few neat things. Definitely enough to get someone started in model railroading. Lots of modeling supplies, and what looks like an impressive RC collection too!
These people are awesome! I had to have an rc porsche body cut because my hand isn't steady anymore and the means alot to me. They were able to take it and work on it, again awesome people I definitely recommend this place to anyone that has a rc car, truck, plane or boat and on top of there close to my house. Again thanks guys for helping me with this ill definitely becoming back to buy and have bodies cut. Thanks again!
Maybe the owner will learn someday to just keep his mouth closed and be respectful as a business owner. I'm big on supporting my local hobby shop verses buying online. My 7 yr old son and I stopped in here a month or so ago to buy two RC‘s, one for me and one for my son. As soon as I walked in the door, the owner rags on me about the truck that I’m driving making fun of the color of it and if it was my wife's truck ...but I just blew it off and laughed. He then yelled at my son for "touching" a RC car that was used, dirty and sitting on the counter out in the open. Actually he says to my son "I wouldn't touch that if I were you!" So we got the hell out of there and I proceeded to order $800+ worth of a couple Traxxas Mini Maxx's and hop ups from his parking lot online and didn't give him my business. Yes, I sat right out side his door and ordered everything from Traxxas and had it in less than 3 days, same price just didn't have to deal with this guy! The next time I went in there, he came right out and asked me if he was a little rude to me last time I was in there and I told him yes and he said he was sorry. I always forgive and forget, so yesterday I had to stop in there to buy a new upgraded servo for my son‘s truck and my son also wanted to buy a Traxxas alias drone. In about two minutes after we walked in the door the owner was telling my son to put stuff back, Don’t touch stuff, stay out of this area, stay out of that area my son even asked him where the drones gotmoved too...so I told my son you’re not buying a drone here, we’ll go home and order it directly from Traxxas. My son asked me after we walked out the door word for word..."Why is that guy always so rude to me?". Which frimlooking at the reviews he does tjidtoevery little kid that comes in and then when the parents post a negative review, he tears their ass up like they have a problem and it’s not his problem. I’m not giving this guy any more money than I have to if he cant be respectful to customers, yet my own son. He has lost out on over $1000 of my sales alone in the last month or so. Maybe after he gets a handful of negative reviews and he goes under like the rest of the hobby shops have in Lee county, he will realize how important it was to be courteous and respectful. Take some business classes dude or let your great employees run your store and you just stay home! By the looks of your reviews you have a child respect issue and you need to get over it. Kids are what supports your business. there is nothing in your store that can’t be bought online and shipped to my doorstep the next day. I don’t have to walk into your store and support you. I choose to support a hobby shop because I owned one of my own before I moved to Florida, and I know how important it is to support a local hobby shop
