Not enough staff to service 2 people at once leaving one or more people waiting for service due to indecisive customers other than that it doesn’t smell and the Pokémon’s selection is okay nothing large but nothing disappointing couldn’t be serviced in time to figure out if they sold reverse holo bulk though
