Worst prices i have ever seen. If you've ever wonder where all of the product goes from retail stores, its here. They have the worst prices i have ever seen. They have a mega evolution booster box for over $100 over market price. When asked why they didnt match the market i was told "we only have 3 left so we're not going to match market". Disgusting place, will be taking my business elsewhere!
Great place. Well managed, open interior, very friendly staff. Location was the only downside for me, but the experience is well worth it for gaming/esport events. They also have card-game (but I don't play those).
As someone who’s been part of the TCG community for a long time, I don’t take writing negative reviews lightly. I understand that running a business is difficult and margins can be tight, but I also believe stores should balance profitability with respect for the community that supports them. Unfortunately, my experience here left me disappointed. Many items are listed well over MSRP, sometimes more than 100%, and it’s hard not to feel like the focus is on maximizing profit rather than serving the community. I understand a small markup, but this is egregious. I didn’t sense any real interest in fostering a healthy, sustainable player base. This isn’t meant to be a bitter or emotional post. I’m simply sharing my perspective in the hope that it helps others make informed decisions. There are plenty of great local stores that prioritize community engagement, this just didn’t feel like one of them. Buyer beware.
