Employees are very rude and use foul language often. They also have people go to stores to mass buy products so they are the only ones with product and all of their prices are at market or above.
5 stars for Nate, great guy, really nice, exactly who i want to see working in a store like that. He seemed genuinely interested in personal connection and doing it all for the love of the game and not just for a nice profit like a lot of other people. I'm from out of the country and upon hearing that he immediately gave me some things to make sure any cards I pull stay protected for the travel back. Some kids in the store were pulling some really good cards and he got really excited for them. 10/10 experience, really makes me want to go back again
Nate was so kind to my family! My two kids just got into Pokémon and he and the owner were kind enough to give us good deals and a bunch of random cards that my kids went crazy over! Can’t say enough good things about the great experience we received. Both of my kids were smiling from ear to ear going through their new Pokémon cards.
