Staff are usually polite, if a little akward, will rip you off for trade ins. Traded in a SwitchLite with case and accessories and only was offered $60 store credit. Came back to see my old Switch being sold for $160. Don't expect customer loyalty if your going to rip off the people who have been returning customers. Looking at the completely unprofessional responses to other negative reviews is appalling. As expected based off of responses on other reviews, the response I recieved from the business was unprofessional and reinforced my resolution to use the last of my store credit as soon as possible and never returning to do buisness with such blatantly rude people who clearly don't value customer loyalty.
Me and my husband’s are regulars here and it’s because we love the atmosphere a lot. We mainly come for the abundant Pokemon card stock, or the large selection of games. The staff are also great people and generally accommodating and very kind. Sometimes they will bring their dogs which is a plus, who doesn’t love a cute puppy? Something I wish the store had was Pokemon card tournaments, I know they do other card games but I’d be really excited to attend a Pokemon card tournament. Personally I want to thank all the staff at game trader for making it an awesome place to come hangout.
Very cool shop. Take the kiddos to go buy Pokemon cards and other stuff. Nice spot!!
