My daughter and I have come here multiple times as my daughter is just getting into Pokémon. The atmosphere is amazing and everyone is so nice. They set my daughter up with her first ISR. This place is beyond awesome and the people here are even better. Thank you game vault!
I took my entire pokemon collection in today, and Payton helped me sort through the whole collection. He was upfront with how they paid for the cards. He made the experience easy, and I had a blast talking to other customers while we made a deal. I also overheard another person working there interact with an older gentleman, and he treated the man with respect. He even gave the man a couple of card sleeves for some of the cards he got from a fresh pack. Can't recommend this place enough.
