Been here many times, however, over the last few visits the customer service has been lacking greatly. The people are friendly but not professional. The shampoo service used be my favorite part, getting my face and head massaged would make my day. I would have to agree with another review that some additional training should take place. Also, owner, responding to the not so great reviews would be nice also. I will go again and keep trying but no beard trim or shampoo.
