Great merchandise, but very poor customer service. On 8/25/25 the store was supposed to open at 10:00 AM, but the employee didn’t arrive until 10:15. As a first-time customer (and someone who knows little about Pokémon but was shopping for my son’s birthday), I asked for help finding something special or rare. Instead of being welcoming, the worker was rude and condescending, making me feel like I should already know everything about the products. Unfortunately, because of this experience, they lost a potential customer.

A good place to get in some Friday night magic. There is always a good draft going on. Good competitive scene for a handful of TCGs. A tad rough for parking. Though the business next door isn’t open I don’t like to park there. A little cramped but a very fun place to play a game.
I was scouring the internet trying to find a decently priced Destined Rivals booster box and stumbled across Gamer Paradise. They had good reviews and established social media so I took a stab and ordered one from them. Not only was the box priced lower than anywhere else, they shipped it out the next day. My box arrived today in great condition with no tears or dents. Just wanted to give them some love back and reassure anyone else that comes across their shop that they’re legit. I would definitely order from them again!
