2 stars as the location is great but the store is a mess. Very little pokemon stock. Rude staff. An item got scanned through $100 more than what it should have been…(already overpriced) I get im aware and an eye roll. Sad as due to the location and size this could be a great spot. Understand why it’s the lowest rated shop in Chicago.
Great community overall! The staff and One Piece players helped me get my start as a new player. They genuinely try to support the community by hosting many tcg locals, getting product, and encouraging everyone to pull sick cards. They are hilarious too.
Came here for prerelease Magic: The Gathering event. The participants were fun to play with and friendly. The staff were helpful and genuinely love the community. Talk to Brad (if I remember his name correctly) he’s lovely and a joy to talk to about all things TCG.
