Just saw how you told a mother of a non verbal autism son she couldn’t purchase for her son because he “didnt know how to play the game”. Talking about pokemon cards here. Many people collect in general and don’t know how to “play the game”. You sold it to her and just because she was on the phone with her brother you accused her of trying to cheat the market or something. Just terrible and the attitude both of the employees had are trash! HE IS A PERSON AND DESERVES TO BE TREATED AS ONE! Terrible!
Very knowledgeable gentleman working today. He was very patient with a group of pre-teen boys that came in today, and he engaged them in one of the games they had on demo. Answered my questions and shared some recommendations as well. Great service!
What a fantastic shop! The staff are super helpful, and passionate about the games and puzzles that they carry! Wandering through here makes the grownups feel like kids, and everyone can find something they love. They're super accommodating with ordering games, or keeping things on hold for you. This is an essential stop for family game night, or a 2000 piece puzzle to entertain on cold winter evenings by the fire. I hope to shop here for many years to come!
