I had just recently bought a set of dice because they looked cool but I couldn't see the numbers very well ... so I asked if I could exchange them and they did and it was very fast and easy to change them out ... very happy with the customer service they were nice and even helped me find a good looking set that I could actually read I dont remember their names but thank you. I come into this store to buy product quite regularly. On 6/21/2025 I came in to get a booster box of OP-11. Owen helped me. He first asked how many boxes of this I have gotten from them, he then said he doesn’t care but was just wondering. I proceeded to tell him I have opened over 3 cases and he wanted to know why. It’s strange to me that a store wouldn’t want you to spend money with them, or question why you spend your own money on something. I felt the opposite of welcome being in this store, and as such, will never go in there again. I am a fair individual so I will say I’ve never had any issues with any other store employee. For me though, it only takes one bad incident and I can no longer support the store after such.
Yeah I changed my mind this is the best card shop. Honestly this shop is amazing. I like how they got alot more selections on one piece cards. I was a little disappointed on few options for pokemon cards but still had a great selection of ex tins. Hope they get more packs of newer sets like journey together and destined rivals will definitely be coming back.
