Was new to card games and from the initial phone call to now my 10+ events this store has been nothing but kind and friendly. They also sell product at MSRP price which seems to not only be extremely rare these days but also helps keep the community going. Thanks!

I don't get to go often but I love going to play Digimon TCG when I can. Community is great, staff is helpful and is always willing to work with you to have a good time. I always have a good time when I visit and the discord is fun to chat in from time to time. If you want to play some cards or anything else this is a good place to go.
They don't pay attention to official events and how they are run. They make excuses about preorders before making sure they have product first for event they signed up for, and make excuses. Pre-orders are store side not Bandai side. You can cancel a preorder. My stores did when they got nothing. Blaming everyone but their lack of knowledge. No not their fault they didn't get full allotment. But read the rules for the event you signed up for. Don't do pre orders until you are sure and you can run your event. I will make sure everyone I know and the stores I travel too are aware of how this store run. Even in the app it said to have product first for event then if left over any prduct is for open public. They wouldn't even tell me on phone go to a discord. This store is for locals only. Don't bother going to a event if you aren't from around there. Won't be product for you. I been to all events for gundam and this is the worse ball dropped with the worse response I have seen.
