I called this company to request a specific game. Had a very positive conversation with the Gamez Plus rep at that time, who assured me the game I wanted was in stock and would definitely be available for me to pick up the very next day. I go there the following day (as agreed). I am met by a different employee who was busy playing on a device and when I asked for the game, I was told casually that he " just sold the last one" and had no knowledge of any conversation I may have had with his boss prior. I was then told that for an extra cost, they could have a copy of the game delivered from another branch. I simply walked away. Disappointed in the false assurance, the dismissive customer service and the "bait and switch" technique that was applied today. Do better Gamez Plus. In this economy, customer experience is the key to success and business continuity.
Horrible customer service. Sold me a faulty controller then wanted me to pay to fix it 7 days later. Would not recommend.
