This is just my personal experience. The store has decent prices and some good finds, but the customer service left me disappointed. My girlfriend bought me a used 3DS XL here. It worked fine at first, but within two weeks the screen developed a spreading dead pixel issue. I called and was told I could bring it back within 30 days for repair or store credit. When I went in, the owner immediately accused me of breaking it and trying to scam them, though after showing proof of my call, he changed his tone and agreed to fix it for free. The repair process took weeks with delays, and when I finally got it back, the volume slider was reinstalled incorrectly. They fixed it quickly, but the case was left loose. Staff were nicer on my last visit and offered a gift card and discount, but by then the experience had been too frustrating. I never raised my voice, but I was still treated rudely by the owner multiple times. While I hope this store improves, I can’t recommend it based on my experience.

This place is awesome! They were so friendly and were super cool and knowledgeable about the game system I was looking for and they use market value to determine the price so that was awesome. Got a battery for my 3ds and will be going back again from now on as my go-to gaming store 10/10 will be back again. Also the owner was there and he gave my kids toys on the house because he was just that cool. I truly appreciate that this place exists and look forward to going back again. Giving kids freebies is so rare now a days with businesses and it is so refreshing to find a place of business that cares about the kids and is true to their core. I probably shared to much as it is but I just wanted to get the point across for how much this place had an impact on me and I truly appreciate it.
Updated review: I decided to go back with a fresh set of eyes. The staff are very friendly and answered all my questions. They use a different pricing system than PriceCharting, that is slightly higher not much generally though. They also offer a 30 day warranty on their games. The friendly lady also used the polishing machine on the game, I purchased today that was a bit scratched up! I will definitely stop in when I’m in town again. Previous review: Overall decent store, the staff are fairly friendly. The prices are decent, they also sell a nice mix of dvds and blue rays as well. The video game selection is fairly good. I did find the prices to be above price charting, so it must have changed since previous reviews. The only other con, I noticed the discs aren’t cleaned. I was kind of expecting more attention to the details at these prices.
