The girlie who helped me last night (9/15) was excellent. She was sweet, helpful and energetic. I've worked in sales and she is a standout employee! She answered all of my questions, was friendly, and obviously competent. She knew so much about each product, and what she didn't know was willing to look up. 10/10 just for her excellent service.

I've always found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. They're not only knowledgeable, but enthusiastic. They are very welcoming and willing to order anything they may not have in the store at the moment. Definitely one my regular places to shop!
If you come in when the younger man is working it's rather bad service. I spent 20 minutes at the counter waiting for him, but he seemed preoccupied talking to his wife and seemed rather peeved that I would interrupt his little card game. There's also a young woman who is better, no waiting, but she's loud and an older man who is in a boot and friendly, but walks understandbly slow. It seems a hopping place though, and the people who attend their events seem to love the staff. I digress. This is a lovely little store of mostly friendly people.
