Alex was fantastic to work with. I am admittedly not knowledgeable about computers he took the time to work with me. Alex really has a fantastic way of explaining his products as well as working to meet a budget. It was a friendly fast great experience!

Stopped by Geekd Out in Monroe to pick up some Pokémon cards and had an awesome experience! Devin helped me out and was super friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure I got exactly what I was looking for and gave great customer service. Definitely my go-to spot for cards and collectibles now!
I recently tried to transfer my PC components into a new tower, thinking it would be a quick project. Turns out, it was a lot harder than I expected. I contacted several local repair shops, but most said it would take 3–4 days, and one even tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Then I found Geek’d Out in Monroe—and wow, what a difference! They got me in the same day, seamlessly moved everything into the new tower, and even helped update my drivers. The service was fast, professional, and far beyond my expectations. Nick and Devon were absolutely amazing—helpful, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be recommending Geek’d Out to all my friends and family. They’re now my go-to PC repair shop!
