I first started going here about 2 months ago for a pokemon prerelease event. As it was my first time playing in person I was pretty nervous. But when I arrived the staff was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They made the event super easy and fun. I started going on Fridays and Saturdays for their league and free play events and was pleasantly surprised to learn that they give away free prize packs just for playing. I started bringing my family recently and they helped teach my daughter how to play on saturday morning at their weekly learn to play event. If your looking for a family friendly atmosphere and a fun place to play pokemon I couldn't recommend them more!

Went in to buy some Pokemon cards for my nephew because you cant seem to find them anywhere else. I was greeted by a friendly cashier and was super helpful with anything i asked. I went to purchase a ETB for my nephew (Retails $50) and they were selling for $66. When purchasing the cashier informed me she would have to rip the seal on the box. When i asked her why she said “Bosses decision no sealed product leaves the store”. If this is the case i would not come to this shop. Selling items for more than retail then telling me i cant keep it sealed is extremely asinine. Will not be coming back :(
I like this place because it's local, and I want to support it. But the last two times I've been here, seems like the teenage cashiers don't want to help you. Both of my two last visits, I was right in front of them waiting to be helped, no one in line, and they just look down. Not really good customer service, especially when I'm ready to spend money. Otherwise, good selection here.
