Extreme lack of communication. I visited the store four times in the span of a two month period, trying to get information on an order I requested. Anytime I went in, no one could tell me anything. I left my contact information and still failed to hear back on if the order was even possible from the employees or owners. So, not only did I waste time and energy trying to get answers, I also wasted money getting there and back. I live almost an hour away from this location... Do not recommend this store.
Amazing shop with great employees, the shop owner is also an enthusiast. I would recommend this place to everyone
I went last night and it was my first time there. The place has a lot of neat stuff. But I was there with my siblings for over an hour and no one interacted with us the whole time. We were the only ones in the store. The girl at the cash register talked to what seemed like a friend the entire time and looked surprised when we actually bought something. It’s a cool place and I was very excited to go for the first time but it was super judgey and I got no help the whole time I was in there.
