Dropped a game system off with replacement parts already in the box for repair. Was told less than a week to fix but took around a month of lies of dates to be fixed and phone calls never picked up. Showed up at the door to pick it up and the store wasn't even open. He ended up fixing last minute, making us wait. The fix shouldn't have taken over a few hours to fix. In the end he never fixed the problem and stole a part off the bottom of the system. When asked to have it returned he stated he would take care of it. Over 2 weeks since he promised the missing part with no part or info on mailing it. Very unreliable business and not confident about his fixing abilities.
Owner is very kind and knowledgeable. Helped me not only resolve the issue but understand what happened and how he fixed it. If I could give 6 stars I would, I wont be going anywhere else for my gaming console/computer needs.
Had a iPhone 15 an broke the screen by running over it with my car . Took it to J&N cell repair in keyser an attempting to put two screens on she said she could not get either to work an returned my phone. Only took it to her because Floyd was not in the day I went there cause he was off that one day . So I took it in to Floyd and he had my screen fixed and phone gave back to me with thin 24 hrs later ! He is a pro I tell ya ! Professional at what he does and gets the job done . No excuses , no if ands or buts about it ! Thank u for all u do. Listen people do not take your phones , laptops , etc to anyone but him . Ya won’t regret it. He’s the boss !!!!
