Horrible experience today at this location. Went in today for the prerelease of Pokémon phantasmal flames the location is not the easiest to find. Walked inside the players greeted me but the worker at the counter didn’t at all. While talking to him he didn’t look at me not once to acknowledge me (disrespectful) instead looked at his phone the whole time. Was told the release was reserved for his regulars! He was very dismissive and rude.Luckily another location had the release went to a shop in North Charleston they were so nice and welcoming. My 1 star is actually a zero by the way.Will never come back to shop ever again!!!!!!

I have been to several card shops in my time in the TCG hobby, and I have found this shop to be the most welcoming I have been to. The people are authentic, and display a passion for TCG. The customer service in my opinion was exceptional. They were also very knowledgeable and helpful with their products. They have accommodated most, if not all my requests. The location is also large, and with many tables for ripping or playing a TCG. I plan to be a returning customer to support this store, so much that even when I move away from the area, I will shop from them specifically. Have a good time when you visit.
Great store with lots of game space. They play way more than just magic here.
