I bought a Hot Wheels Car Wash set here that, from the packaging, looked like it came with tracks. When my child opened it, we realized there were no tracks inside. I went back to the store about 30 minutes later to exchange it, but the owner refused because the box had been opened. There was no sign or notice anywhere saying they don’t accept returns on opened items, so I felt completely blindsided. The toy wasn’t damaged or played with, and it could have easily been resealed. Instead of working with me, they were inflexible and dismissive. This is not how you treat customers, especially parents buying toys for kids. Very disappointing experience.

One of the best moms and pops toy stores on Manhattan Ave. Great staff and the best owner who are friendly and always have a willing to help out with service. Prices are fair and selection is big. Not to mention, free gift wrapping. This place is highly recommend to go here for any celebration or occasion setting to purchase toys.
