This comic book store might as well be called an art gallery. All of the different art on the walls and statues and figures in cases were great. They have a huge selection of back issues. A little pricey, but what do you expect from a store in a tourist area. The staff are crazy friendly. This store has a lower level which is all of their cards, Pokemon, MTG, Sports, Yu-Gi-Oh, etc... I purchased a few items and admired the view. Awesome place.

Every time we visit family in the Salem area, we make sure to stop at Harrison's Comics and it’s always a highlight of the trip!! This visit, we were lucky enough to be in town for the Gundam Tournament, and it was absolutely fantastic!! The staff downstairs created such a welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable atmosphere. Nelson in particular stood out, he was working so hard yet still managed to keep everything running smoothly while being upbeat, kind, and a genuine pleasure to interact with!! His energy really made the event epic! Even the local gaming group was amazing. It can sometimes feel intimidating to play at shops as non-locals, but everyone here was open, friendly, and excited to chat and even trade cards with us!! That kind of community vibe is rare, and it made the experience extra special! As a fun bonus, we grabbed a few packs of One Piece cards just to support the shop, and ended up pulling a $500 card! Talk about good karma. This shop has incredible energy, wonderful staff, and a community that makes you want to come back again and again. Harrison’s is truly one of those places that leaves you smiling long after you leave. We’ll definitely keep coming back every time we’re in the area!!!
Big store with a wide variety of comics and merch and random other stuff. I enjoyed the Super Weird Vinyl Box - "Back before the internet, they'd put anything on a record!" Most of those records have interesting or funny post-it notes too. I've read exactly one comic (graphic novel?) in my life - Watchmen. I'm not a comics person. But even I found something to be excited about. I went home with 4 issues of The Magic Order - something I'd never heard of but is apparently becoming a Netflix show. I think there's something in here for most people, if you look long enough.
