To be perfectly clear and upfront, I've personally never been to Hobby Addicts' physical location. I live about 350 south of their location in California. However, I have ordered items from them online several times, and each time has been a genuinely wonderful experience that has earned my repeated online business. Every time I have ordered from them, mainly TCG (trading card games) items, I have received my order within a few days. Aside from their speedy order fulfillment, the products I ordered arrived in perfect condition; an important point of you're a collector of any kind. Every interaction I've ever had with them has been a great experience, and they have repeatedly demonstrated that my return online business is very much appreciated.
