Everyone instore is super friendly and really helpful. :) Staff helped me learn how to play Magic the gathering which initially for me was very daunting but was easy and lots of fun! The regulars that come in to play are also very friendly to new players and have also helped me further understand the game.

Recently made an online order with the store for a case of the hot new Gundam Card Game just a day after the release of the booster boxes. The staff were so helpful and got my order out that same day and it arrived THE NEXT DAY! I couldn't be happier. The items were packed very nicely and securely with tracking. Can't recommend this place enough if you need any hobby items they carry. I live elsewhere in NZ and still order from this store because the customer service is so good. Jorge and Emma helped me with an order where I added more stuff for for the same delivery charge today, but also in the past they've been helpful in fixing or attending any order needs faster than I can get a response locally.
