No help from the clerks at store. Very rude. Twice I went there for help they said try Amazon. One clerk would not even acknowledge me when I was at the counter. Thanks to the clerks I know shop internet and hobby store in Everett Broad Way Hobbies Very happy now not dealing Bellingham Hobby town.
Always have loved coming to this store. Every employee I've met has been super helpful with trouble shooting and mod tips. And you can tell that everyone there is genuinely passionate about the work they do. To me that's worth coming back for. The crawler course they have is always updating and is a fun run if you have a 1/18th or 1/24th scale crawler!
We bought an RC car, LATRAX, from this establishment. It's cheap and the suspension failed after going off of the sidewalk during its first run. Honestly, you're going to have a better time picking something out on Amazon, which is where I went after the suspension failed. The Amazon car was of much higher quality and just felt more robust than the one I bought here.
