Absolutely amazing service. I cannot stress that enough. I specially came here after being very disappointed by the Kennesaw, GA store. At the Kennesaw store they acted like I was a burden and they couldn’t wait to get rid me and my nitro R/C. That other store was very disappointing. At this Buford store though, my god, it was night and day. Everyone was so nice, they took the time to find every single part I needed and even very kindly installed some for me. They were genuinely so nice here and excited to help me. They didn’t try to upsell, just got me exactly what I needed. I’m new to the hobby and this was really cool to see. I’ll be back here anytime I need any RC parts. High probability since I keep slamming my nitro into curbs haha. Anyway. Thanks again Buford store. Good people go a very long way. Nice clean store too.
I purchased a toy about a month ago and it was defective right out of the box. When I tried to return it, the store refused because it had been opened—how else are you supposed to find out it doesn’t work? I was told to contact the company, which I did, and they said they’d ship the part once it was back in stock. Weeks later—still nothing. I went back to the store and was told they had sold me the wrong battery. Even after getting the correct one, the toy only worked for one day. This toy was meant to be a gift for my son, but it’s been nothing but frustration and zero accountability from both the store and the company
