I live in the U.S. and was looking for a Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale, which is a very expensive Magic The Gathering card. I found one on a site that would not ship to the U.S., so I reached out to the store directly. I worked with Nick to purchase the card from afar. The buying experience could not have gone more smoothly. I am generally a little reluctant to purchase from a seller directly online rather than through eBay, etc. given that it can be difficult to resolve any problems that arise since the buyer is at the mercy of the seller. In this case, the savings was so significant vs. purchasing on eBay that I took the chance, and I am thrilled with the outcome. I'm unclear if Nick is the owner or just the person who responds to online purchase requests, but he was fantastic. I would happily purchase products again from this store if looking for a higher-priced card that justifies international shipping.
Excellent service! I made an order and it was ready right away. Staff is friendly and helpful at all times and they have a superb collection of FUNKO and other figures as well. Communication at the place and online was very effective. They reply to all inquiries very fast even out of the service hours. They are really professionals. Strongly recommended
