My son and I attend a Spider-man pre-release and had a great experience! Ed and the other staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the store we great! The other players were pretty cool too. It was our first time in the store and we will go back the next time we are in Winston.
I visited PaizoCon 2025 with my girlfriend, traveling from out of town. We enjoyed a wonderful four-day stay at the store, spending a significant portion of our convention budget on Pokémon cards (being sold for 10 cents apiece). The staff were consistently welcoming and helpful, readily answering all our questions. For those with auditory sensitivities, I recommend bringing earplugs or headphones, as the game room can be quite stimulating. Overall, we had a fantastic time, particularly enjoying the dice gacha system, the available snacks, and the many laughs we shared. My girlfriend and I look forward to returning. (●´∀｀●)∩
