Just call ahead to make sure she is there for hazmat fingerprinting
We had an appointment for TSA precheck and confirmed our appointment on Friday for the following Tuesday. Drove an hour to get to the appointment and they said that the person doing the fingerprints wasn’t there and wouldn’t be there for a month. Very unprofessional to not notify the people who had scheduled appointments.
Nice people, never had much a problem here. Just not 5 stars because once I came in midday during regular hours for fingerprinting and they had no one to do it that day, which they normally do, so had to wait several weeks before it was convenient again.
