Love this shop. Clean, simple, well-organized, fairly priced and great staff. New releases and last week’s releases are clearly labeled. The comics are arranged so well, it’s incredibly easy to find what you’re looking for. Great selection of graphic novels. $1 comics are easy to go through. They even have a rolling seat so you can move along comfortably as you dig for dollar books. Basic selection of supplies you might need. Perfect shop for your weekly pickups. Highly recommend.
Things I disliked: 1) all the new wall comics are bagged and boarded (ugh!) and 2) no back issues more than a few months, maybe a year, old. Looking to fill in your collection? Don't bother coming here unless you're looking for a really recent issue. Things I liked: 1) the Silver Surfer statue was pretty cool and 2) the guy behind the counter seemed pretty nice. Just not my cup of tea, I'm afraid.
The best comic shop in town. Has a great selection of current books, an ever growing collection of blackstock and older issues, and a large trade paperback selection. The owner is always friendly and has a wealth of information about all things comics. They attend a lot of shows so they keep a lot of grades books incentive issues and key issues on hand. Lots of signed books too. Going to this shop is one of the highlights of my week.
