Hands down best selection of magic, Pokémon and yugioh in the Wausau area. Singles, sealed product, you name it! They have great 40k warhammer selection and set up. Impressed by the turn out and overall atmosphere for the 40k tournaments held here- as well as the atmosphere in general. You aren’t walking into a card shop. You’re walking into a community. The owners are very knowledgeable and treat customers like family. Prices are reasonable - you can tell they make their customers priority and want to get you what you need. Truly a staple in the gaming community in the area.
I am there about 2 times a month to play cards and hang out with friends. The card shop has great staff and atmosphere. It's my defacto place to go get any of my hobby stuff. Be it minis, cards, games or terrain supplies if they don't have it usually they are trying to stock it or take suggestions for new items to stock.
A pillar of the Warhammer 40000 community, a bastion for the Magic community, a home for wayward souls looking for boardgames. I have been to every game store from the tip of the UP, to the bowels of Chicago; ISO games is the top. 50 person 40k event? Sure, they can get you in. 70 player MTG tournament? Yeah, theres room. Great store, great owners. Clean, friendly, fast, what more do you want. 5/5, 10/10, a million out of a million.
