Staff needs customer service training. I've been going to this store for 4 years now. I love the owners but the other staff are useless. Today I went to look for items that were suppose to be out for release starting today. I looked into that section of the store. It has gotten so bad and games are mixed together unorganized that you have to move stuff around to see if you can find anything your looking for. I then walked up to the 2 employees behind the counter standing there talking to each other. I asked if they had gotten any of the product that was suppose to be released today. (Usually there is always extras) The first employee lied and said no we didn't get any of that and it won't have it tell next weekend. So i thought i was wrong and on the release date and went to my car. I looked it up and discovered i was right it and the release date was today. I then went back in to show the employees and ask again because maybe they didn't realize. The second employee then told me he thinks its in one of the boxes on the floor and they are running behind unpacking stuff so he has no idea. I seen the boxes and symbols of that product and so did he. He then claimed because the boss is on vacation he can't unbox anything and sell it to me. I then left frustrated. I have done the same thing on other release dates and including the owner has unboxed whatever it was and sold me the release products several times before without a problem. This experience plus the unorganized chaotic store it has become has turned me away from wanting to go back there more and more recently.

So, I visited the store to play a game of Warhammer and the space they have is excellent. They have a large selection of models and games for lots of different people and players. I'm giving two stars because the staff seemed disinterested and the store itself was disheveled and not maintained. The back room, where you play Warhammer, and other larger tabletop games had terrain thrown across every table with no form of organization. There was trash left around on and under the tables. The backroom had a strange smell that was very unpleasant, that may have been from the restroom, that was okay at best. While cleaning up after my game we found a box of figurines and dice. I took the figures to the employee at the front counter and I told him I had found them in the back room. He responded "just leave them back there someone most have forgot them." coldly/bland. I asked if they had a lost and found and the question seemed annoying, which to my surprise you have no lost and found or any system in place for lost items to be found, Discord chat, email, etc.

There is one gentleman that kept me from putting this review as a two star. I do not know his name but he was really nice. I am new to the springs and returning back to mtg. First two times I was in I did not get greeted. The staff was more concerned with talking to regulars then engaging me. When I mentioned how new I was the woman did not seem interested in answering my questions and when I asked about events she pointed me to a calendar. There were a lot of things on there that I was not remotely interested in. The third time I was in I was getting talked into playing commander - I mentioned up front I have zero interest in commander. I went in last Saturday and spoke with a gentleman and he was very friendly gave me more information Today I called to get some information about the release event Friday. The employee could not answer what I felt were very basic questions. I wanted to buy booster boxes and understand how would the release event. It was like pulling teeth to try and get an understanding of price, availability, etc... - I immediately called another game shop and the experience was night and day different. Disappointed that the shop 5 minutes away from my house is less welcoming and accommodating than one that is 15 minutes away.
